From The Wanderer: ====================== MY FREE gift to all of you who have visited my Website and have found it closed down. Here is the World's "First" and BEST MP3 Player that works like a "Real" 50's-60's era Jukebox designed by me. It is 100% FREE with NO ADS IN IT! Hi! I'm known throughout the Internet as "The Wanderer". I started the World's "First" Oldies Music Website that had Full-Length Oldies songs back in the early 1990's when the Internet was in it's Infancy. Please note that the Jukebox itself is slightly different then the Screenshots that you are about to see of it. The Jukebox looks the same, but some of the buttons on it are different as I improved it over time. ====================================== NEW VERSION 12.9 - March 31, 2010 ====================================== Here is a FREE program that I'd like to give to all of you who have visited my Oldies Music Website and have found it closed because I have retired. I wanted it to be fully customizable so that people could change it's Skin, Songlist Background Color, Font and Font Color as well as being able to change just about everything from within the program itself without having to make a new program everytime I wanted it to look different. I wanted to be able to deposit a Quarter into it and pick several Songs that I liked and have it play them in the exact order that I chose and have the Jukebox select a 45 RPM Record and place it on the turntable and spin as each new song played. You can change just about everything in it except it's shape. You have almost full control as the way you would like it to look. You can easily and instantly change it's Skin and you can even make your own Skins at the mere touch of a button. It contains an easy way for you to make your own Skins even if you are not an expert in graphics. You can change the Fonts in it using any Font you have in your computer. You can change the Font and Background Colors as well as being able to change many other things in the player. You can save the way you've Designed the Jukebox to look like into "Theme" files that can be loaded back into the Jukebox any time in the Future. But the Jukebox also "Remembers" your last changes upon re-opening it. You can have several different "Theme" files to choose from. To use the "Jukebox Mode" you simply put a Quarter into the Jukebox and pick 10 Songs just like a Real Jukebox! If you click on the "S" button (it stands for "SHRINK") it will Shrink it to about a square inch and put it in the left corner of your screen (it's movable to anywhere you wish to put it). It stays on top of all your programs so that you can go about your work and still have easy access to the Jukebox. There is a little button on it while it is Shrunk that can quickly Skip to the Next Song if you don't like what's playing. This way you don't have to pop up the Jukebox to Skip a Song while doing other things on your computer. It even has a Special "Skin Changing Mode" that will automatically change the Skin at the start of each song in the "PLAY ALL" mode (when you stop the Jukebox the Original Skin you have chosen for the Jukebox will Display). This Jukebox can also "Talk". The Special "Talk" mode is turned "ON" when you Install the Jukebox. NOTE: Because Windows XP's Voice is horrible, this function Sounds better on a Vista or Windows 7 computer. If you don't like the way Windows Built-In Voice sounds, then you can easily turn it "OFF" from the Menu button in the player. Here is a couple of Snapshots to give you an Idea of what it looks like. To see the Jukebox actually work and select a 45 RPM Record and put it on the turntable and spin, you will need to install the Jukebox first. Here is the first Snapshot. NOTE that the Snapshots are "Smaller" then the actual size of the Jukebox. The Jukebox itself is actually 825x690 This Snapshot shows you what the "Songlist" box looks like after you have loaded your MP3 Songs into it. Note that songs load into the Jukebox in Alphabetical order, but can be "Shuffled" as in the Snapshot below. Click Here - Snapshot 1 ------------------------- The Snapshot below shows you what it looks like while an MP3 Song is playing with the Jukebox "Cover" showing instead of the Record Spinning (to see the Record Spinning you will have to install the Jukebox and play a Song in either the "PLAY ALL" mode or the "Jukebox Mode"). Click Here - Snapshot 2 ------------------------- Here is what the Jukebox looks like when playing "One Song At a Time". It is also displaying some computer Info at the bottom of the Jukebox which can be hidden by clicking on the "H" button that is at the top Right corner of the Jukebox in the "PLAY ALL" or "Jukebox Mode". Click Here - Snapshot 3 ------------------------- This Snapshot shows you a different Skin after it's been changed. The Jukebox comes with over 200 Skins and of course you can also make your own Skins very easily even with NO computer knowledge. It even has a Built-In Skin Maker. Click Here - Snapshot 7 ------------------------- NEW FEATURE! The Jukebox can now Instantly get you the Artists Biography from the Internet of any Song that is playing or one that is highlighted in the Songlist area. You can also get the Lyrics to "most" songs easily. Click on the link below to see an Example of how to do this. Click Here - Snapshot 8 Then you'll get something like this in your Browser: Click Here - Snapshot 9 --------------------------------------------------------- To get the most enjoyment out of the Jukebox you should know how it works before you use it. After you download and install it, open it up and load your MP3 Songs into it. Then click on the MENU button in the upper Right hand corner of the Jukebox and click on the Menu Item "HELP". The file will open and explain to you all the things that the Jukebox can do and how to do them. It also contains Tips that will help you out. There is a 32 Page "Help" file in PDF format built into the Jukebox which explains in detail just about everything that it does. You probably won't use many of it's features. To enjoy it all you really have to do is load a folder full of MP3 Songs into it. But you might want to fool around with the Jukebox by changing the way it looks to suit your taste. You can't ruin anything so go ahead and experiment with it! In it you will see that it's called: "Wanderers MP3 Jukebox". I've designed it so that you can change it so it has "Your" name instead of mine. You can change it to say "Charlie Johnson's MP3 Jukebox" (if that were your name) or even "Chuck's MP3 Jukebox" (if your name is Chuck) or change it to say anything you want in front of the words " ..... MP3 Jukebox". ============================= Works and has been tested on: Windows XP (all versions 32 & 64 Bit) Windows Vista (all versions 32 & 64 Bit) Has not been tested with Windows 7 Screen Size of Jukebox is: 825x690 ============================ Here is the link to get the FREE MP3 Jukebox: Click Here to Download If you find any Bugs in it, please let me know by Emailing me at the Email address in the "About" box in the MP3 Jukebox Player.
